BOOKING CONDITIONS
A confirmatory deposit is needed in order to finalize the booking: 30% of total of reservation. It must be paid within 5 days after the receipt of the confirmation. Only when deposit has been received the reservation will be valid and binding for CAMPO DEI FIORI. With deposit receipt the contract is considered accepted in all its parts and the booking will be finalized. Missed receipt of deposit within specified date will permit CAMPO DEI FIORI to cancel the booking.
Booking guarantees only the type of the accommodation or camping pitch and the period of stay; the specific number of the accommodation/pitch cannot be told or chosen before the beginning of the stay.
For the booking of camping pitches, a minimum daily rate on medium season* is established: € 43,00 for Standard pitches and € 57,50 for Plus pitches. On high season** the established minimum daily rate is € 70,50 for Standard pitches and € 87,00 for Plus pitches.
In case of delayed arrival and only if promptly communicated, booking will be valid until h 15:00 of the next day. Booked nights will be totally included even in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
According to law minors can enter camping facilities only when accompanied by their parents fort he whole stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For all reservations made for periods between 10/05/25 and 05/07/25 and periods between 30/08/25 and 28/09/25:
– Cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the deposit by bank transfer.
– Cancellation from 2 days to 24 hours before the date of arrival: Voucher (worth 100% of the deposit) usable until September 2026.
– In case of no-show: the deposit paid will be retained.
For all reservations made for periods between 05/07/25 and 30/08/25:
– Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the deposit by bank transfer.
– Cancellation from 6 days to 24 hours before the date of arrival: Voucher (worth 100% of the deposit) usable until September 2026.
– In case of no-show: the deposit paid will be retained.
Every change upon the reservation must be communicated to and approved by our facility.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Accomodations are guaranteed to be delivered from h 17:00 to h 21:00 whereas departure is established within h 10:00. As for camping pitches, arrival is possible from h 14:00 to h 20:00 whereas departure is established within h 12:00.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Balance must be paid during the stay directly at reception druing opening time of the cashier‘s desk*** either with cash, debit or credit card (payments in cash are accepted within the limits established by law). Checks and bank transfers are accepted only for prepayments or for payments made within 24 hours from arrival. Payments must result credited at the moment of departure.
***Cashier’s desk will be open daily from h 8:00 to h 12:30 and from h 16:00 to h 19:00.
