REGULATIONS “CAMPO DEI FIORI” Via del Novanta n.4, Vada

1. Upon arrival, campers are required to hand in their identity documents for legal registration. Anyone who, for any reason, intends to enter the campsite must obtain authorization from Management. For this purpose, a personal identity document must be shown to Management for legal registration. Failure to comply constitutes a violation of the criminal code.
2. Admission to the campsite is subject to Management’s approval. Management reserves the right to immediately remove from the campsite anyone whose behavior—through actions, words, or conduct—is deemed undesirable; at its discretion, Management may request the intervention of public authorities. This does not entitle the guest to withhold payment of the bill.
3. Visitors are not allowed unless authorized by Management; if admitted, they must hand in an identity document and pay the established daily fee.
4. Office hours and the operating hours of the various services are those posted in the respective premises.
5. The camping pitch will be assigned by Management, whose instructions campers must strictly follow. In particular, vehicles must comply with the established circulation times within the campsite, which are as follows: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In any case, vehicles must never obstruct normal traffic or occupy vacant pitches.
6. During quiet hours (from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), all noises that may disturb other guests are prohibited, such as the use of radios and televisions, noisy gatherings or meetings, the use of playgrounds and swimming pools, and circulation by any means of transport.
7. Within the campsite, mopeds and motorcycles must always be pushed by hand.
8. Each camper is responsible for the safekeeping of their own belongings and valuables. Management assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of valuables.
9. It is forbidden to: damage plants and campsite facilities; dig ditches or drainage channels around tents or caravans; pour boiling, salty, or waste liquids onto the ground; light open fires.
10. Management is not responsible for damage caused by the falling of trees or parts thereof.
11. Management is not responsible for any damage and/or theft involving guests’ vehicles parked in the parking area or within the campsite.
12. The use of additional gymnastic, sports, and recreational equipment, including the swimming pool, is at the campers’ and their guests’ own risk.
13. Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers provided for separate waste collection.
14. The installation of non-movable accessories on pitches is prohibited.
15. Anyone using the shared sanitary facilities must leave them clean after use. Laundry and dishes must be washed only in the designated and appropriate sinks.
16. The admission of dogs and other animals to the campsite is at the discretion of Management. If admitted, they must always be kept on a leash and must not soil the pathways or pitches. Should this occur, the owner will be held responsible and must clean up. For further details, please refer to the specific
    regulations on this matter.
17. Playing sports outside the designated areas is prohibited.
18. Minors are admitted to the campsite only if accompanied by parents or adult relatives. Children must be accompanied by adults when using the various facilities and the toilets. Parents are responsible for the behavior and actions of their children; therefore, Management declines all responsibility for the actions of minors present in the campsite.
19. Mail must be collected personally by the addressee; after seven days of storage at Management, mail will be returned to the sender.
20. Any infectious disease must be immediately reported to the campsite manager.
21. The daily campsite fee is valid from the moment of entry until 12:00 noon of the following day. Guests leaving the campsite after this time must pay a new daily fee.
22. Management reserves the right of retention over the guest’s vehicles until full payment of the bill has been made.
23. Reservations for rental accommodations are valid for all purposes only after payment of a 25% deposit of the total stay, to be paid no later than one week from the option date. The balance must be paid within 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance will result in cancellation of the reservation.
    In the event of cancellation before arrival, interruption of the stay, or delayed arrival, regardless of the cause—illness, accident, or unforeseen event—the tenant will be required to pay the full balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted. It is possible to subscribe to the Cancellation Guarantee, details of which are available online before booking and upon request at Reception.
24. Entry into the campsite implies full acceptance, without reservation, and compliance with these REGULATIONS, which may be supplemented by additional rules that Management may deem appropriate to issue.
25. Management staff are at your disposal for any clarification regarding the regulations and current rates. All the above rules, schedules, services, and rates are considered fully accepted by our guests, who stay at their own risk. Thanking you for your cooperation, we wish you a pleasant and peaceful stay at our campsite.

PET POLICY FOR ACCESS TO THE FACILITY

This policy is intended to prevent inconveniences that may be caused by improper behavior of pet owners in public areas, concerning hygiene, cleanliness, decorum, safety, and the well-being of other guests.

• Art. 1 Access for dogs belonging to Categories 1 and 2 according to the company’s internal classification is not permitted; by way of example and not exhaustively, these categories include dogs belonging or similar to the following breeds: Pitbull, Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier. The Management also reserves the right to refuse admission or remove animals that display aggressive or potentially dangerous behavior.
  For any questions or clarifications, please contact the facility in advance.
• Art. 2 The admission of animals must be authorized at the sole discretion of Management and is limited to a maximum of 2 animals per accommodation. Presence of animals must be reported at the time of booking.
• Art. 3 Dog owners must pay a daily fee according to the current price list.
• Art. 4 Animals must be accompanied by their vaccination documents.
• Art. 5 Dog breeds and animals considered dangerous, or officially reported as such by the competent authorities, may be removed from the facility at Management’s discretion.
• Art. 6 Dogs must always be kept on a leash. Animals may not be left free in the facility.
• Art. 7 Owners must ensure that their animals do not invade other guests’ pitches or spaces, and that they do not disturb other guests.
• Art. 8 Any damage caused to third parties or to Village facilities by animals is the responsibility of the owner.
• Art. 9 Owners are required to clean up after their animals and use designated areas for this purpose, strictly respecting hygiene and sanitary regulations.
• Art. 10 Noisy dogs that growl or bark persistently and continuously will not be allowed to stay in the campsite.
• Art. 11 It is strictly forbidden to bathe animals inside the restrooms. Animals must be washed only at the designated dog washing area. Animals are not allowed in the pool area or the poolside solarium. They are not allowed in the water, and access to restrooms is prohibited.
• Art. 12 Animals are allowed on the public beach as long as they are always on a leash and properly supervised. Dog swimming is prohibited between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., in accordance with municipal regulations.
• Art. 13 Management reserves the right to expel, without prior notice, anyone who does not comply with this policy.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

A confirmatory deposit is needed in order to finalize the booking: 25% of total of reservation. It must be paid within 5 days after the receipt of the confirmation. Only when deposit has been received the reservation will be valid and binding for CAMPO DEI FIORI. With deposit receipt the contract is considered accepted in all its parts and the booking will be finalized. Missed receipt of deposit within specified date will permit CAMPO DEI FIORI to cancel the booking.
The reservation guarantees only the type of accommodation or pitch and the period of stay; the number of the accommodation unit/pitch cannot be communicated before the beginning of the stay.
Only in the case of pitch reservations, a minimum daily rate applies during the mid-season, equal to the pitch fee plus 2 adult persons. During the high season, the minimum daily rate is equal to the pitch fee plus 3 adult persons.
In case of delayed arrival and only if promptly communicated, booking will be valid until h 15:00 of the next day. Booked nights will be totally included even in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
A security deposit of €200 is required at check-in.
According to law minors can enter camping facilities only when accompanied by their parents fort he whole stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of unexpected events…

If, for any reason (illness, accident, unforeseen event, etc.), you need to cancel your stay before arrival, arrive late or leave earlier than planned, please note that the full amount of the booking will still be due and no refund will be granted.

But good news: there’s a Cancellation Guarantee!

If you subscribe to it, you’ll be covered in case something unexpected happens.
What’s included:

• Refund of the amounts already paid, excluding processing fees and the cost of the guarantee itself.
• If you have to leave early, you’ll be partially refunded, based on the remaining days of your stay (excluding handling fees, cleaning fees, and the cost of the guarantee).

When does the guarantee apply?
It covers:

• You,
• Your spouse,
• The people listed in the booking,
• Your or your spouse’s parents or children.

And only in these cases:

• Illness or accident (unknown at the time of booking) or death.

The death of siblings, brothers-in-law or sisters-in-law is also covered.

• Official summons (court, military, or jury duty).
• Dismissal, job relocation, or bankruptcy if you’re a company director.

For illness or injury, a medical certificate dated less than a month before arrival is required.

What to do in case of cancellation?

• You must notify the accommodation manager in writing.
• To benefit from the guarantee, you must inform the campsite/residence at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Within 10 days of cancellation, you’ll need to send us an official supporting document (medical certificate, death certificate, or employer’s letter).

Every change upon the reservation must be communicated to and approved by CAMPO DEI FIORI.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Accomodations are guaranteed to be delivered from h 17:00 to h 21:00 whereas departure is established within h 10:00. As for camping pitches, arrival is possible from h 14:00 to h 20:00 whereas departure is established within h 12:00.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
